This dear little boy has so much fun playing with all the fun toys. He was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis just after he was born, then autism soon after, but Keegan is such a happy little baby. Kit used is Child of Summer by Arkansas Outhosue Scraps at Scrap it Sassy.
